extensive breakfast convenient location clean room faulty air inefficient staff outdated room
the breakfast buffet was quite extensive it offered many choices. the location near the train station was convenient. the room was generously sized and impeccably clean.
the air conditioning in the room did not function adequately. the front desk staff seemed slow and somewhat inefficient. the rooms appear a little outdated.

underwhelming experience
ineffective air conditioning no coffee machine
the family room provided ample space for luggage, a minor plus.
the air conditioning was completely ineffective and there was no coffee machine in the room. it was quite annoying not to have a simple way to make coffee.

the location is good. the facilities include a spa with a smaller swimming pool. breakfast had many options.
i found a pill on the couch. the cleaning standards are questionable. the staff was rude and cold throughout my stay.

spacious room easy access
The family room was clean and spacious. the parking garage below offered easy elevator access to the lobby. i also tried room service and the rooftop bar. Both were really nice.

the room and bathroom were unexpectedly big. everything was perfect, including the cleanliness and the space. i found the room's layout to be well-organized with a lot of space for luggage.

breakfast was tasty with a sufficient selection of dishes. i ordered the vegetable soup, and it was an amazing experience!!! the experience was further elevated by the high spirit of staff members and their real smiles.

i used the pool, spa, and sauna as a day guest. there were several saunas and therapy baths. the lighting changed in a soft way in the pool room, providing an exquisite decor and service at an affordable price.
